I'm an empath and a 4-year recovering alcoholic... it's not always easy to be around people. I LOVE home :) Also a night-owl… up around noon, down around 3am. My personal meditation and serenity time are important... but even Superman needs a fortress of solitude to recharge, yes? ;-)
I believe that we belong to the Earth, and not the other way around... I believe that everything happens for a reason, and we won’t always understand it… I believe that things happen when they are meant to, and not always when we want them to… I believe that Love and Compassion are the greatest powers in the universe, perhaps even the glue that holds it all together. I believe that everything is connected, and that we are all one.
I have ridden in the red sands near Sedona with Hopi and Navajo and watched the wild stallions frolic in the desert brush, and I felt at home… I was “one”… I feel complete, when I am with people who love and respect our Mother. I hope to journey someday to the Badlands and Pine Ridge, as the Lakota also call to me… I wish to learn more of the Heyoka.
I have missed sharing thoughts of the universe with someone special... someone that "gets me"... someone that sees beyond society’s “8-to-4 M-to-F” rigidity and can humbly accept and be grateful for what each day has to offer.
I believe that a truly loving long-term relationship builds over time, and starts with a completely open and honest friendship. I would absolutely adore a companion that's independent, like-minded, and shares her loving, spiritual soul :)
